The Oltu Ring Road and Connection Roads Completion Construction Project carried out by the Highways 12th Regional Directorate Erzurum is one of the important road investments implemented to strengthen regional transportation infrastructure. Within the scope of the project, the remaining earthworks, structures, superstructure works, and BSK road construction applications are ongoing.
